As a Junior UX Designer, you will immerse yourself in design tasks and workshops, backed by strong support for growth into a mid-level designer role. You'll be pivotal in both day-to-day design execution and in fostering team culture as the company scales.

The Role

• Build clean, interactive, and engineer-ready prototypes using Figma based on project requirements.

• Shadow and co-facilitate client discovery workshops using our 'Innovation Kit' framework.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering team to align on technical constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and absorb feedback from senior team members.

The Person

• Proficient in Figma with the ability to create clean, engineer-ready prototypes.

• Intensely curious with a zero-ego approach, comfortable with ambiguity and discovery.

• Strong portfolio evidencing UX design capabilities, particularly in prototyping.

• Open to learning and progression, with a proactive approach to professional development.
